Communication is key for a job well done. We cover each aspect of the job on the front end to make sure all client needs & expectations are met when the project is complete. Our experienced technicians will accurately measure your property's vulnerable openings. We will then communicate any available options to ensure the client is well informed and agreeable to our proposal.
Once the proposal is approved, individual screens are manufactured to fit each of the property's openings. On site, every panel is assembled & installed to ensure a proper fitment to your property. Pictures of the completed job are provided to the owner and in-person acceptance is preferred.
If customer expectations are not met, we will make it right!
Approved hurricane protection reduces claims to insurance companies and protects their clients from storm damage. AstroGuard has passed the rigorous testing necessary to gain Florida Building Code approval #15208. As a result, AstroGuard is fully recognized and approved by major insurance companies such as Chubb, Citizens, Fireman’s Fund, Frontline and many others.
Most carriers offer discounts for having protection from windborne debris.
In order to receive any related discounts, insurance companies will require a uniform mitigation verification. Storm-Safe can help you with the process of submitting a uniform mitigation verification to your insurance carrier.
Typically you can amend an existing inspection form to resubmit to your insurance company. Should a new inspection be required, we will assist in arranging a certified home inspection and include this as part of our proposal. Our customer service is unmatched.
